The deal.

Momentum AI is a daily-coaching subscription product operated by Marczell Klein (“we,” “us,” or “Momentum”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Momentum provides:

• A daily AI-coaching chat trained to speak in Marczell Klein's voice using his frameworks and recorded teaching.
• Access to a library of video lessons and hypnosis audios recorded live by Marczell Klein, delivered via streak unlocks and on-demand credit redemption.
• A searchable knowledge base built from lesson transcripts (Ask Marczell), with citations to specific moments in the source material.
• A behavioral profile that updates after each session, scoring 10 personal-development dimensions and surfacing patterns.
• On-demand lesson routing for users with sufficient credit balance.

The AI is a tool that speaks in the voice of Marczell Klein and uses his teaching as source material. It is not Marczell Klein himself, and outputs are not personal advice from him. The AI is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. You must be at least 18 years old to use Momentum. By creating an account you confirm that you are. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be terminated.

Plans. Momentum offers two recurring plans purchased through momentum.marczellklein.com: Select at $497 and Reserve at $997.

Billing cadence. Web purchases renew on a 28-day billing period (“every 4 weeks”). Other Marczell Klein programs purchased over the phone are typically billed on a 30-day cycle (“monthly”); their terms are disclosed at checkout, on the order form, or verbally over the phone.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same rate unless you cancel beforehand. We charge the payment method on file via FanBasis on the renewal date.

Failed charges. If a renewal payment fails, we retry up to three times over approximately 10 days. After the third failed attempt, your access is paused until billing is made current.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime via the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. All sales are final. See the Refund Policy for details.

Credits.Each tier includes a monthly credit grant (3 for Select, 10 for Reserve) that does not roll over. Credit packs purchased à la carte stack on top of your monthly grant and don't expire while your subscription is active. On cancellation, purchased credits become unusable until reactivation and are not refundable in dollars.

Don't:

• Share your account login with others.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or republish lesson videos, audios, transcripts, or knowledge-base content for purposes outside your personal use.
• Reverse-engineer the AI prompts or attempt to use the service to replicate Marczell Klein's voice, persona, or teaching for commercial purposes.
• Initiate chargebacks for charges where you have voluntarily used the service. If you have a billing dispute, email us first.
• Use Momentum to harm yourself or others, or feed it information you would not be comfortable being processed by the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.

All lesson content, hypnosis audios, transcripts, frameworks, and AI outputs derived from Marczell Klein's teaching are copyrighted by Marczell Klein. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to view, listen, and use the content within the product for your own personal development.

Your conversation history, behavioral profile, and the words you write into the product remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them as needed to run the service.

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including for chargebacks, abuse, or misuse of the service. On termination, your access ends and remaining unused credits are forfeited.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI's responses are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for the choices you make based on your use of Momentum.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marczell Klein and Momentum AI's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marczell Klein primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you waive the right to participate in class actions.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to email support@marczellklein.com with the dispute and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be emailed to active members at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
