The short version

Momentum AI is a recurring-membership product. We do not issue refunds for any subscription charges, credit pack purchases, or partial billing periods.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of your current billing period, then ends.

Why no refunds

The price of Momentum AI is the filter. People who get the most value out of it are the ones who put skin in the game and stick with the loop. A refund window invites half-commitment, and half-commitment is exactly what the product is built to fix.

Billing cadence

Web purchases. Subscriptions purchased through momentum.marczellklein.com renew on a 28-day billing period (“every 4 weeks”). Each renewal is a separate, non-refundable charge.

Phone-purchased programs. Other programs that Marczell Klein offers and may sell over the phone are typically billed on a 30-day cycle (“monthly”). Their terms are disclosed at checkout, on the order form, or verbally over the phone. Those products have their own refund policies disclosed at the time of purchase.

Credit packs

Credit packs purchased à la carte (9 / 30 / 60 credit bundles) are one-time, non-refundable purchases. Packs you buy don't expire while your subscription is active.

If you cancel your subscription, your remaining purchased credits stay on your account ledger but become unusable until you reactivate \u2014 they aren't refundable in dollars.

Failed charges and chargebacks

If a renewal charge fails, we attempt up to three retries over ~10 days. After the third failed retry, your access is paused until the card on file is updated. Account state, scores, and history are preserved during the pause.

Initiating a chargeback after voluntarily using the product is considered a violation of these terms. We may permanently ban the account and dispute the chargeback with documentation of usage.

Exceptions

The only refunds we issue are for documented duplicate charges or billing errors caused by us. Email support@marczellklein.com with the date and amount and we'll investigate.
